Artist History it all began in 1995 when norm hi herb was concieved on the isu quad in normal, il. norm's early years were depressing because he had been seperated from his family shortly after birth. in a freak occurence, he was miraculously reunited with his siblings gweeb vic and ming mo herb. together they were inspired to make fun and sometimes politically charged music. thus, the band was formed. since norm hi had problems working with groups stemming from his dysfunctional family, he eventually chose to work alone most of the time. but because he is also a social creature, he decided to maintain the foaming squirrels in name even while playing alone. that way the band never changes but membership remains flexible. herb and the faoming squirrels will always include norm hi herb and his beautifuly punk guitar blackie. frequently norm collaborates with talented musicians in his vicinity with wonderful results.
