Artist History We are unsure who Thurmite are. It is more of an event than a band. Many excellent musicians contribute to these songs. Some are very well known and some are everyday people. This project was started by Adam and Leslie in State College, PA where they attended Penn State University. You hear Thurmite on MTV and the radio daily and don't know it. That is the way we want it. The music is important, we are not. When we began, we wanted to create an environment for complete freedom. There are no egos, only the pure tones and connection of a single moment in time. There are no concerts but we are not against contributing to mainstream albums. We will never say what they are called, you will just have to guess.
