Artist History
Born in Austin, TX, christopher north is a multi-instrumental singer-songwriter / composer based in New York City.
He has performed / recorded with an eclectic array of artists / ensembles including: playing bass with quincy jones, the Dixie Chicks, members of the New Bohemians and on Broadway in The Lion King; singing with the New York and Los Angeles Philharmonic’s, and for Stephen Sondheim with Nathan Lane; playing keyboards with members of Modern English and Living Colour.
He has performed / recorded at venues including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, CBGB’s, Arlene Grocery, Bitter End , Limelight and the Hit Factory.
He also makes many solo appearances as a singer-songwriter / guitarist in folk / acoustic venues. |
