Artist description Chris Smit Band is an Iowa City collective of songwriters and musicians. Performing all original material, CSB aims to introduce audiences to a wide variety of eclectic music. The band's namesake, Chris Smit, has been writing and performing music since the mid to late 80's. His music, normally recorded and performed as a solo act, is enlivened by the four members of the band. Each member of the band brings equal parts to a collection of skills and artistry that creates the band's sound.
