Artist History Damon Wattell, aka Lacour, was born and raised in Houston in 1974. He was very active in talent shows and athletics during his high school years. Lacour has performed at various car shows and clubs and has opened up for artists such as Mystikal, Juvenile, and Ice Cube. There are very few rap artists in this industry that have such a diverse style of rhyming and even fewer that are as entertaining on stage. Lacour has written numerous songs that he, hopefully, will have the opportunity to record once a contract has been secured. With his electrifying beats and his dazzling style of lyrics, Lacour hopes to take hip hop with an R&B feel to the next level.
