Press Reviews Ok here's another band that I had presumptions about female front, billed as ska, here we go again some more Save Ferris, Dance Hall Crashers wannabies, hang on a minute...what the hell is this coming through my speakers..that's not right they shouldn't sound like this. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I've seen in the last year or so quite a few female fronted bands, Save Ferris, SRi, Luna:suit, Hilda Strange and i even saw Dance Hall Crashers a while back, but what I'm hearing here is head and toes above all of those bands! Infact this beats alot of bands fullstop. The music is fast and well played with some great guitar hooks, and for once a band that doesn't over do it with the horn section, this is just great well structured fast paced melodic punk, with a few ska sections thrown in for good measure, but to tell you the truth, No Comply do not need to as their song writing is powerful enough without the cleched ska slow down. Two more great things about this release the vocals are seriously great, Kelly has a voice that would not be out of place on any musical scene, and she has the power that I've never heard from a female vocalist, and always found them wanting a little, whilst still sounding feminine. The other thing this release has got going for it is great production. Really impressive. Summary : The best female lead band I've ever heard on CD
