Artist description Elsanore is a California band that does not fit into any specific category or scene. There is no great mystery behind the band name, no streets mis-spelled, or cities mis-spelled. Elsanore is simply a word chosen to represent the music that is made. Their music is a product of garage rock of the underground that started in the early 90’s and has evolved to present day angst. They pride themselves on Stooges-esque punk energy to laid back folk disaster. They apply easygoing poetic noise to caustic, cynical pop…..In a nutshell, their ideology is simple to combine experimentalism with pure rock and roll.

Elsanore will continue to deliver an indescribable and original sound in a world of labels and trends. However, this is a band you will not hear on the main stream radio unless a freeform radio revolution is upon us. Should a label decide to support a band with such an artistic stride, the feedback just might be surprising. None the less, Elsanore will continue to move forward and persist in a “next big thing” industry.
