Her real name is Alison. She writes songs and sings them. She grew up by the sea on the south coast of England, and now lives in West London. She has brown eyes and a tattoo that she designed herself. She is old enough to know better, but doesn't. She once had a dog called Pip. She is half French. Her influences include Alanis Morissette, Betty Carter, Bjork, Blue Nile and the Sundays. She is a dancer and trained percussionist. She can't roll her tongue. She likes the poetry of Pablo Neruda. Her voice has a fresh, reflective quality. She is a vegetarian. She's the girl in the pictures.
Meanwhile, Kalessin is extremely old. All the material is recorded in his home studio in West London. He is a classically trained pianist. He has released an album in Japan. Like his namesake he is ambiguous and opaque. There's no more to say.
