Artist History cameron and dave have been friends since they were both in grade school. they shared musical interests in indie rock and such. they met luke in early high school years and became selmaholiday in 2001 (luke played bass). the next year, they met ryan who was musically leaning in the same direction. he became their full time bassist, and luke moved to guitar, which didnt bother him a bit. their first EP "the end is near..." was recorded at esophagus studios in austin, tx in december of 2001.
