Artist description
The abstraction of LS-TTL music can be described as the combination of noises to create songs. In linguistics, there are letters and/or characters within any given language which each, by themselves make an individual noise when spoken. Each letter is combined to form a word and groups of words in a grammatical organization create a sentence. Sentences can be combined into paragraphs and paragraphs combine to make large pieces often known as compositions or essays. Romantic and Germanic languages have 24 or more characters. Non-western languages such as Chinese or Japanese have somewhere around 50-60. Sound, being infinite, cannot be limited to a certain number of sounds. These songs contained within this site are a sample of the compositions that LS-TTL wishes to express but which are not expressible with words. It is meant to explore and give name to the sounds which we have not categorized and organized.. to create imagery without taboo or bias on words that have been used abusively. Enjoy them or hate them, they are still the same and cannot be changed. |
