Artist description FLESH & BLOOD is a union of some of the best blues rockers Atlanta and New York have to offer. This goodtime blues and blues/rock is authentic, always true to the roots of blues and R&B, is hit-worthy and conveys all the energy, raucous excitement, good feelings and humor that we can expect from the best of that genre. Sometimes it's straight out blues, or "alternative" meets Sam Cook, the Meters or Sam and Dave (check out "Shake ya tail Feather"), and other times it's beautifully crafted melodic ballads featuring slide guitar that may remind you of the old Chicago blues greats or even the Stones, with an "alternative" feel. Teaming up with vocalist Danny Vaughn (Tyketto), premier guitarist Al Pitrelli (Savatage, Alice Cooper, Asia, Widowmaker, Joe Lynn Turner, to name a few), and keyboard player Mark Mangold (Drive, She Said, Touch, Michael Bolton, Paul Rogers, Benny Mardones), get their rock solid rhythm from Chuck Bonfante (Saraya, Place Called Rage) and Mitch Di Stefano on bass. This band has its own well defined sound, so if you like the blues, "Hootie","Black Crowes", or early "Rolling Stones", you'll love FLESH & BLOOD.
