Press Reviews
"Her voice suggests Chrissie Hynde and Aimee Mann, even early Sheryl Crow - what's surprising is that her songwriting is pretty darn comparable as well. Her newest album "Styrofoam" showcases the songwriter to fine effect. I'm not sure where she fits in the music industry's plans (she probably doesn't, as she flashes talent), but just perhaps she doesn't care, and will continue to make albums like "Styrofoam." Once can dream, can't he?" - Creative Loafing, 18 December 1999 |
