Artist description STI aka Snooze the Illestrator. A member of the worldwide Illestrator crew. Currently 5 members deep, scattered along the east coast from New York to Atlanta and one member in Europe. The crew as a whole spans most urban genres of music, from Hip-Hop first and foremost, to House, Dub, Abstract Beats, R & B and Spanish.

Musical Influences People, Places and Things

Artist History 1991 - Began DJing in High School with a group called K&K. 1992 - Joined the army and went to Germany. Migrated into the European Underground scene. 1996 - Formed a group called SGL with an MC named Lethal. Produced an EP titled "Bless the Mic". SGL joins the Horsemen, another 2 man crew in the same city. 1997 - After very little progress, STI moves to Stuttgart Germany. Joins a crew called the Boondocks. The crew later changes the name to the Illestrators. 1998 - As most members were in the Army, the group was broken up, leaving just STI in Stuttgart. STI joins the Intelec Family and Co-Produces the Intelec Compilation CD which received good responses. STI also begins working with a Funk Band named FUMO 1999 - After creative and moral differences with the head of Intelec, STI leaves the group and joins Scorpio at DEF JAM Germany. Participated in several tours and Open air Festivals with Scorpio and FUMO. 2001 - STI moves to Richmond VA to begin building the new Illestrator dynasty.
