Artist description
Ever since being little Ranndino has always been attracted to anything and everything creative, be that art, writing, acting, design or music. Right around the time when he was a teenager computers came into prominense and it was only natural for Ranndino to become fascinated by all the opportunities for creativity that they provided. He became a graphic designer for the web and print. Writing has always been a passion, so first reporting, and later content creation for different types of media came as a consequence. In college Ranndino also tried his hand at television production having been an intern at a local TV station. It's only natural that at some point Ranndino had to come to a realization that computers afforded another outlet for creativity - music production. |

Artist History
In music, as in life, limiting yourself to one particular style, opinion, group of people is stupid and narrow minded. If you get the fingers out of your ears you will hear. If you open your eyes you will see. If you open your mind you will understand. Subscribing to that philosophy Ranndino himself listens to all different types of music from Classical to Metal and everything in between. Having said that, Techno definately is one of his favorite genres and Hard House in particular. That is why in his first attempt at creating music a hard hitting song called "Leprechaun" was released. "Birth of a Star" is a more complex composition based on expirementation with quite a number of loops and sound distortion techniques. That is why it is a bit difficult to put it into a certain category. It is a bit of trance and a bit of hard house with definite influence of industrial techno that Ranndino has been introduced to only recently. |
