Artist History Mad Happy is the new name for the band started by Mike iLL. Mike iLL is a hoboken based indie artist/singer/songwriter bent on blues punk with a little street hip hop thrown in. he's more legit than Everlast and more street than Hassle Adkins. dark and yet playful lyrics serve as a vehicle for iLL's antiestablishment lifestyle. he tours out of his car with just a guitar six months out of the year. he's a warrior of 'do-it-yourself' punk rock 2K. he's a gem of a song writer and it's only a matter of time before his underground legend status catches up to the rest of the world... Poor Old Souls; Andy Action (of 2 Skinny J's) and Jim D (of Legendary Wild Ensemble) stylize the music somewhere between Cheap Trick and Captain Beefheart

Group Members Jim D on Bass, Mike iLL on Guitar and Vocals and sometimes keyboards. Andy Action and Nelson Pla play drums at different times.
