Artist description
Form 'n Funk is my way of getting the things I make up rehearsing with my cover-band and bigband down to a song. They are entirely keys solos. I hope to add more tracks with sax and bass in future, jamming the stuff together. What I do can be described as acid jazz, being the 'easiest way into jazz'. The stuff I do now is made at home with a multitrack, which is slow and tiring, so my planning is to get into a studio in a while and do it live. |

Artist History
I started to play piano when I was 8, as a stepping stone towards synth playing. That was still space-age then. I never got to touch a DX7 or M1 and when I was 17 i bought my first setup, containing a Roland SoundCanvas. I think I made the best possible out of that! When I started college I got a JV1080 and got into my 2 bands. The bigband made me learn chords and improvising, the coverband made me make fun on stage. But they absorbed so much time that song composing got to the background. I recently bought a Nord Electr, and the thing mad me play so many grooves that I started to record them again |
