Artist description Urban Noiz Pharm formed in the latter half of 2001. There are 2 main members (Tom & Jimmy), who founded the band. Both studying Music Production at Leeds College of Music, they discovered immense amounts of broard minded (and broard chested) musical talent willing to work with the project. Writing and producing music in their spare time with the equipment they scraped together over the years, they began experimenting with fusions of various genres. The result being a blend of electronic beats, urban ambiences and live instrumentation. The main aim of Urban Noiz Pharm when writing music is to replicate, as best as possible, the live festival atmosphere. With songs like WompRat and Sub Zero, you need little imagination and a lot of volume to achieve that festival feeling that thousands of us have come to know and love. Imagination is what these two (clearly) talented producer/musicians thrive on. Einstein himself stated that "Imagination is the key...". With the band at the start of it's evolutionary path, what delights can we expect in the future?

Artist History Both Jimmy and Tom have been involved heavily in music since childhood. Jimmy, having played the Piano since the age of 5, was raised on classical music and jazz before discovering the dizzying expanses of synthesis and synthesized music. Tom, having played around with various classical instruments since the age of 5, finally settled for the electric guitar and became engrossed in the world of Heavy Metal and virtuoso guitar players. Both of the guys gained extensive vocal experience singing in choirs and bands. Both Tom and Jimmy have achieved minor recognition and bucket loads of experience throughout the years, playing and working in various sectors of the music industry. Only when they met however, did they discover a working partership whereby the contrasting pasts of the two musicians were able to combine to work towards a common goal. The main aim of the band remains a closely guarded secret. The beginning!
