Artist History
Our friend was setting up a show and needed a band to open. Knowing that we play guitar she asked if we wanted to come up with something. Within two weeks we wrote the four songs on MP3.com along with a drum machine to add dark bass and drum sounds. We played the show and had a response we didn't expect. People wanted to buy our CD and book us not knowing we had only been together for two weeks. We decided to continue writting music. Two weeks later all of our music equipment was stolen from us. We had a show the next day, so we borowed some guitars and recorded our show straight from the board with a minidisc player. We then sold these CDs for donations of any price to help raise money for new equipment. One month later we had new equipment and started reprograming the new drum machine. We now have that live CD on MP3.com and we are working on writting new stuff for A full length CD (with drum machine and all)to be out this summer. All of our music, and band name, are all meaningful to us. They are written about different situations in life that we have had to deal with and some that we are still trying to deal with. But the main theme we've discovered is that any day any thing can happen, you can lose everything or anything, there will always be new problems in life, but true relationships and true love will always be there. If you would like to talk to us about tis any further please feel free-lovingmemory@juno.com Thank You ~ OLP |

Press Reviews
Special mention: Dispensing guitarist Joe Carrington is also in a band called Once Lost Pictures which features the same deeply musical guitarwork he does for Dispensing, but in acoustic format combined with the vocals of Adam Haug (who provides additional vocals on the Dispensing 3 inch tour cd). They opened this fall for Further Seems Forever. The lyrics are haunting, and in my opinion more worked out than Dashboard Confessional: red you're nice... cut me.. right now.. let me know just how deep this could be.. but if i stay clean.. how will i ever remember you again.. so make me bleed forever.. leave these feathers red..so red.. i wont forget this mess... how could i.. www.oncelostpictures.cjb.net
