Artist description
Jason Whitehorn was born January 19th in Memphis, Tennessee and has been involved in music since his earlier years. He is a graduate of Hardin County High School in Savannah, Tennessee and attended the University of Mississippi.
Even during his high school years, Jason was always involved in music in many different ways from performing with various bands, writing music, acting in a musical acting company (Dream Weavers of West Tennessee), performing for charity for Country Christmas as a return performer year after year, as well as performing with several country artists including Thrasher-Shiver, Kelly Shiver, and Darryl Worley. More recently, Jason has been working with Nashville recording artist Shane Avery.

Jason's music has ranged from just about every genre, yet none can dispute that his greatest strong hold in music is country. Jason's music stems from real life situations that are captured within his songs. Jason's music has varied from contemporary Christian, rock, and classical. One of Jason's biggest passions in music has always been country. His ballads come from life experiences as he writes the majority of his own music. |
