Artist History More "Raw Power" than Girl Power, Dirty Mary has been taking (and giving) lumps around the East Village for over three years. Their blistering live shows have created a buzz that has led to invitations to CMJ 2001 and the opportunity to play with artists including Iggy Pop, the Circle Jerks, and the Donnas. They won a Fuji Japan sponsored Battle of the Bands in 2000 and performed on Japanese network television.
