Artist History
Altered Egos began as an acoustic duo with two friends, Andy Colosimo and Saahil Goel, who met at the beginning of the school year. Andy and Saahil were both passionate about alternative rock and covered songs together at open mics and coffee houses. Andy approached Saahil with two songs he had been working on during his hiatus with his band from berks county, Holding Candles, Saahil agreed to play along to the two songs, the first being comfort. After hearing Saahils vocal harmony, Andy realized there was something catchy and unique that immediately melded. Something rare in the Lock Haven music scence. The once unnamed band asked Jason Cervone to play bass and between the 3 birthed Altered Egos. Now, with the departure of Saahil Goel and the soon possible replacement Zack McLaughlin the band hopes to re-ignite the flame that gave them so much popularity in the fall of 2001. The band's exposure has developed a cult following throughout the northeast. |
