Artist History October 1999 - Formation of the band by Ed Healey and Paul Larochelle under the name "dollar95". March 2000 - Addition of Nate Everding and Josh Ingemi. October 2000 - First public show at The Living Room in Providence, Rhode Island as "dollar95". November 2000 - [acronym] enters WDOM Battle of the Bands and does very well. March 2001 - Start recording debut demo under the new name "fallen". May 2001 - Performs for 1000 people at DoneWithCiv as "fallen". October 2001 - Fall Tour begins under final name [acronym]. December 2001 - First show in CT at The Equator Club. January 2003 - Recording Sessions begin on "New Years Sun" with Producer George Dussault. March 2003 - "New Years Sun" rough tracks are finished. April 2003 - "New Years Sun" final tracks are completed. May 2003 - "New Years Sun" is featured in decibelMAGAZINE. June 2003 - "New Years Sun" is released. First airplay on commercial radio (WBRU). Released at Newbury Comics locations throughout New England. July 2003 - First copies of "New Years Sun" outside the US are released in England.
