Artist History
The band was formed in the year 2001.
Marc McElroy:
The songwriter singer fronting this band, also a muti-instrumentalist, playing guitar, bass, piano and drums in various band and studio sessions over the years. This band represents a return to his singer/songwriter roots, with a ton of experience thrown in, from bassist in a folk trio, to guitarist in a garage rock band, to organ in a funk jazz tiro, or drums in an alt-county band, and everything in between. From Portland, Maine to Seattle, Washington, on the street corners of Galway, all the way to Northern Russia, and a lot of songs written along the way.
Charlie Kickham:
Drinks more then a folk singer, but plays smoking guitar. Charlie's playing includes so many influences it's impossible to name any of them. In his high school and early college days Charlie was known to be found beside his stereo with his guitar, picking up every riff and change. Since then he has played in various, rock and blues bands, and sometimes even with Marc and/or Adam. To boot he's an experienced luthier (anybody need a fret job?), and he's not afraid to smoke Merits.
Brian Coleman:
A Veteran rocker from all over, with almost too many credits to mention. 4 strings only! One of the only real bass players left. Watch out for the Silvertone tone, with the Ampeg amp, strictly on the bottom. Get enough drinks in him and he also will admit to having played upright in a bluegrass band. Also paints and listens to a lot of great jazz. Brian also has a giant dog named Rosco, so don't give him any grief.
Adam Doiron:
A fabulous set of Ludwig drums, and Adam lives to beat them. Best know for his love of "Milwaukee's Best Light," his beverage of choice. The punch line to every drummer joke. Also an abductee of the Jupiter2 returned to earth with Marc and Brian and lives to tell the tale. Wanna have some real fun? Get him drunk and ask him to play Johnny Cash covers on acoustic guitar.
