Artist description
Ultra-catchy sing along pop punk anthems with intricate guitar and bass parts. True to the heart lyrics and straight to the point. FloFFus produces a familiar sound with an unfamiliar voice: sincerity. Their lyrics express the pain and healing that go along with growing up, breaking up, and moving on, and they maintain an honest tone that is easy to sympathize with. High-energy, jump-around, singalong rock and roll is what you can expect from FloFFus. |

Artist History
They began in the beginning of 2001. Lead guitar player Nick, and former drummer Nick Miro started jamming and playing cover tunes. Eventually, Serik and former bass player Sal joined the band. After some problems within the band, Sal was kicked out (Sal is now in the Inexistence). Then, the band did nothing but write a few originals for a few months. Eric plays bass. After winning the Battle of the Bands at North Shore High School and one other show, Nick Miro quit the band. Then Brett joined the band and helped bring together the sound of FloFFus. Then in the next few months FloFFus played some shows and in January recorded the demo, "Memories Turned Melodies." |

Press Reviews
Put influences ranging from the Ataris and Green Day to Metallica and Dream Theater, four rockers from Long Island, and a unique yet original pop/punk sound together and you get the impressive ensemble known as Floffus. The music by Floffus is a combination of unique bass lines and crazy guitar riffs that set them away from being compared to typical punk bands. - CrankItUp.org
