Kerrang February 16 2002 pg 30/31: "Also up are Lomax Thing - who, with their strangulated vocals and mesmerising guitar effects, are proving that grunge isn't dead".
Rhythym And Booze 2002: All that can be remembered is they said Lomax Thing sucked very much and were a very poor attempt at grunge apart from a handful of our songs.
(Note: "mesmerising guitar effects" refers to on/off amp distortion. Go figure. Kind of the reporter to put it that way though.) |
