Artist description
Laif (pronounced "life") prides himself on his
profound simplicity and his precise staccatto. The
ambience of his music reminds you of when hip hop
was colorful and quite creative - the 88 - 92 era.
"I just want to provide listeners with the experience I
had growing up with hip hop. It's a feeling they won't

Artist History
Laif was mentored by recording artists Bahamadia
and Maestro from Da Matrix (see Hip Hop 101) in the
early 90's. He has been rhyming since 83, producing
and recording since 89. |
