Funky grooves set to an unusal blend of acid-jazz, rock, and pop |

Artist History
SpyWagon officially came together in 1995,
soon after the founding members gathered for a jam
session. Since then, fans have continually gravitated
to their shows to get down and groove.
The music of SpyWagon is a powerful blend of funk,
acid-jazz, and rock. Combined with soulful lyrics
and unmatched improvision, the band's music uniquely
satisfies audiences with various tastes.
On the brink of exploding onto the national scene,
SpyWagon has come a long way from its humble beginnings,
drawing interest from several record labels and playing
at major clubs throughout the Northeast and in New York City,
including the Bitter End, the Lion's Den, Tribeca Blues,
and The Wetlands. In December 1998, SpyWagon released
its independently produced debut album, Critical Lift,
to rave reviews. |
