Artist description
Schwach's latest album, ECCENTRIC CONSUMPTION, exemplifies his love for music with a sweet, percussive sound, a sound that makes you forget about all the shit in your life and leaves you with a sense of satisfaction, happiness, acceptance and the courage to sometimes say NO. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Schwach's passion for percussion and rhythm since the age of 12 has been the inspiration for his jam-band style that literally soothes the soul and heals the heart. He quotes Spinal Tap, saying that the most important thing you can do is have a good time all the time.
Schwach holds true to that motto, and has pulled out all the stops to learn as much as he can about music. He has collaborated with some of the most talented musicians in the country and shared stages with performers like Christina Aguilera, Barenaked Ladies, Guster, 10,000 Maniacs, Styx and Reo Speedwagon.
Schwach has recently made his home in LA, where he is in the process of recording his second album. Check www.mp3.com/Schwach for upcoming show dates in the LA area, and tune into MTV's DisMissed on Feb 11th, where you can hear and see the song "My Way" off eccentric consumption.
