Artist description
Visual artist and musician Gartran
and Sound artist and musician Bilford bring
together their tortured Midwestern pasts into a mood ringing
non-descript improvisational alchemy. Who's Fidgeting and who's
Grooving is the never-ending mystery, even they
don't know who played what on their thousands of hours
worth of living room style recordings. They sing real well too. |

Artist History
Meeting up on the secluded tourist island of Orcas in
Northern Puget Sound, two guys for lack of anything
better to do decided to get together and play
some music. Almost form the start the chemistry was
shrouded by homebrew and homegrown and the music
suffered all the better for it. Very rarely (if ever) doing
overdubs, these two islanders began doing live song improvisations
and experimental jams two and three times a week.
They finally described their music not as Rock and Roll, but as Fidget and Groove
and an 11 year and counting musical legacy was born. |
