Artist History Paul and Tom met in gym class. Added Rick, who Paul knew as a lad and formed a band in 1997 (as 15 year old kids) under the name SOC, released a 5 song CD 'On My Own' in 1998 under the name Bad Excuse. Over the next three years Bad Excuse struggled to stay together due to other obligations. Now, at age 19, the band is preparing for their second CD release.
