Artist description
Please see http://www.rds-tm.org/ to get the real information on this band.
MP3.COM will not allow us to serve any music from this site that contains "copyrighted" samples in it. Under the Fair Use clause of the
U.S. Copyright Law, this type of work is perfectly legal, but presumably due to threat
of lawsuit, MP3.COM is not willing to recognize this exception.
Reggae Death Squad(tm) recognizes MP3.COM's right as a private entity
to enforce any conditions they wish on their site, and we appreciate the
free service that they offer. However we we found it ironic and disheartening
that in spite of their supposedly stridently pro-artist stance that they
did take this position on this issue (which has plenty of legal precedence).
In light of this situation, the majority of our significant work can be found
on our own website at http://www.rds-tm.org/.
Also, be sure to see our page at Ultimate Band List (http://www.ubl.com/). |
