Artist description
DULCET is a hard rock band made up of guitars, drums, and horns. Their first album "Self-Titled Debut" was a more punk and ska influenced effort but since the making of the record, new members have allowed R.J. Burks to return to his roots as a rock song-writer. Think Chicago (the band) being joined up by Guns N' Roses, NIRVANA, Van Halen and Black Sabbath. |

Press Reviews
"In this, their "self-titled debut", the north bay's DULCET manage to lay down 10 tracks that range from fairly poppy to moderately hardcore. Most of the stuff stays true to the 3rd wave style, and with songs like "Skankin' Pickle We Love You" it is not too difficult to see who their influences are. Combine that with growing up in the 80s and the mindless hours spent watching Star Wars, Superman, and the hordes of afternoon cartoons, and you got enough horn lines to make everyone happy.....I could see these guys definitely rocking and being a lot of fun.....
