Torn from Grace has within its ranks former Droubt/World Atlas Collapse/Dark Soul/HOGAN's GOAT! (I and II!!!)/Necronemesis/catacoma members J and Phil and former Necronemesis/HOGAN's GOAT! II/catacoma bassist Matt. TfG's music is a blend of modern-day Amorphis' trippiness and Sevendust's heaviness all mixed in with Opeth's musical ability and an attitude that would make an angel cry.

Artist History It all started with a band called Droubt. The three members Lance Goss (guitar), Phil Latimer (lead guitar), and Jason LaTray (drums, percussion) didn't know the first thing about writing music. What's worse is they didn't even know how to tune their instruments. That didn't stop them from writing a score of short White Zombie/Alice in Chains-esque songs like the heavy "Revenge of the Flaming Skull", "One Man Army", and "Dent-Head", the evil "Pond Smoke", the timeless epic "End of the Line" and the haunting "Her". A few months after the start of Droubt, the three members decided to have Lance switch to bass and add guitarists Don Lashomb and the amazingly talented Kirk Jones. The newly formed outfit was called World Atlas Collapse. The prog rockers wrote one long instrumental called "Psychic Bo" which they performed live a few times in front of small crowds. Kirk decided to leave WAC to concentrate on other projects...
