Artist History vivian section formed in mid 2001 in southeast florida. we were five friends from different musical backgrounds, but we all diggin on folk-rock at the time. after a few months of bein' together we recorded a self-titled cd. shortly thereafter, margarida and jonathan moved to Portland, OR. ever since leaving florida the band has taken a more intense, heavy, alternative direction.we met up with marty in november of 2002, and we've been rockin' ever since.
