Press Reviews
Brand new interview: (December): http://www.geocities.com/cannibalscene/marshfireforestinterview.html
"Marshmallow Forestfire are like a skin graft to our badly burned scene. Too bad they don't have local venues to play, no?"
* Marshmallow Forestfire "Self-Titled" [HC]: This is a cool demo. Totally homemade- totally grindcore. I like these guys live more than their cd gives them credit. I'd say that this demo is reminiscent of old Zao w/a little old Point of Recognition thrown in. I like their attitudes in the lyrix and think that these guys could mature into the mainstream. **- Matt
* Another demo by Marshmallow Forestfire.. cool kids- still demo quality. But, good grindcore w/a hardcore flavor. These guys definately will get your head nodding... I would say, give these guys another year or so- and they should get some national recognition. It's too bad that they never went on tour w/Eos Exos that would've been cool. I'd pick it up if I didn't have it. ** 1/2-M |
