Artist description
Silent....a five piece, straight forward, hard rock, no holds barred, progressive metal band with something which not many bands have these days, something they can call their own. Silent is best known for their melodic, heavy music, and aggressive stage performance, which was recently displayed at the Hard Rock Cafe Battle of the Bands, where they dominated the stage in several matches and won the regional contest for the second time in a row, claiming it's title as #1 in San Diego county, and #12 in the nation. With a wide range of influences the band can find a fan at every live performance, where you can see the bands self pride, their genuine love for the craft of song writing, and the power of emotion that is apparent in their music. They venture in every direction possible and pour every ounce of emotion into each note or word, and they aren't satisfied until they feel it is an adequate representation of those emotions.
Silent has arranged some of the most dynamic music to come out of the Southland's of California in a dogs age. Silent is moving in a direction that most aren't, constantly writing new music, innovating a talent not yet known, practicing until perfection, and touring their hearts out. With these ingredients, Silent has constructed themselves as one of the best bands to see and hear.
