Artist History Selling Mary was born in the basement of a small Methodist Church in Cold Springs, Alabama and was originally called Aberration. The quartet was conceived by Todd, Peter, Adam, and then bassist, Nick Mitchell. Things didn't work out with Nick so he was dropped and replaced with Jeremy, a guitarist who had never touched a bass. Things picked up after the acquistion of Mr. Allen and SM began to open up for noteworthy bands such as Dope and Haste. Selling Mary has just finished recording a 7-track EP at Dream Catcher Studios entitled "Paper Thoughts and Plastic Truths".
