Artist History
"My songs are really just about fun and simplicity." Literally a bedroom songwriter for over 7 years, Scott Cooper has emerged from the lo-fi environment of a beat up 4-track and Superman sheets to release his debut full-length CD *strumming*. An 11-track collection of sweet and sour acoustic-based folkie-pop, with songs ranging from sugary sing-along tracks like "My Friend's Band", to minor-keyed personal numbers like "Shiver". No matter the style, each song beats with a simple melodic pulse and catchy chorus capable of lingering around in your head all day.
