Artist History L Frequency is a professional producer/artist based in the city of Los Angeles with a focus primarily on trance, ambient, and other such forms of electronic music. The project started in late 1999 when trance had reached a high level of popularity in the underground culture of America breaking out of the UK. Highly influenced by the spiritual grooves and epic tunes of trance and the hard acidic flavors of electronic dance music - L Frequency was created. The first production, finished at the end of 1999, was left untitled until it was remixed 2 years later with newer equipment. The track was entitled "Frequency." From this track, a distinct sound was developed which can now be heard in each following track - signifying the trademark synth of L Frequency.
