Artist description We're a punk rock band. I write songs about things in my life that I think are important and try to make a difference in the world and people's lives. I listen to a lot of bay area punk, Chris, the bass player, listens to a lot of old school punk and hardcore, and Dougie D, the drummer, likes a lot of new school hardcore and sXe bands. just imagine all that blended together into one lumpy mush that we call Bolted Down!

Musical Influences Fifteen, Social Distortion, Operation: Cliff Clavin, Misfits, Iron Maiden

Artist History We started the summer of 2001. I wanted to start a band, and happened to find some people that wanted to make some music as well. Originally we were a four-piece, but we decided we only needed one guitar player. We all have different musical tastes, and I think that mixture makes our songs a little more interesting than if we all liked the same bands.
