Artist description A Wondercrush Farewell After over 5 years of being together, first as a four piece and now as the power trio we dreamed, Wondercrush has decided to call it a day. With so many variables entering our lives, the time and energy quickly evaporated. The band would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting us, encouraging us and being there for us through this journey. Without you, we would not have enjoyed it as much. What each will be doing is hard to say but rumors have it that Kris will direct and co-star in his porn movie entitled "There's A Hole Lot of Shaking Going On". Jen will be trying to make it onto a WBA roster while writing her first book "Crash, Boom, Blah-Blah-Blah- The Life of a Female Drummer". And Russ will be perfecting his modern dance for a Broadway production of "Rambo-The Heat Is On". Again, thank you and farewell. Jen, Kris and Russ

Artist History Drawing from influences as diverse as Matthew Sweet, The Who, Elvis Costello, The Jam, Buffalo Tom & The Replacements; the result is a mixture of unfettered emotion coupled with honest ambition. Formed out of the ashes of Lancaster, Pennsylvania's Neverminds, Wondercrush began playing shows along the East Coast in 1998 performing on the same stages as The Ramones, Blondie, Live and Patti Smith. They had the great honor in December of 2000 to share the stage with major label recording artist, Jill Sobule, at Lancaster, PA's Chameleon Club. In 1999 Wondercrush recorded and released their first EP, Wondercrush Presents… initial pressings sold out in record time leaving fans greatly anticipating their first full-length release. For now, fans will have to get their fill of new music at the bands' live shows as Wondercrush is currently in the pre-production phase of recording their next effort.
