Artist History
Joel Lederer hails from Pittsburgh, PA. He has lived in Pittsburgh, Bloomington, IN, Seattle, WA and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. He began writing poetry at age 15 and songs at age 17 when he learned a few chords on the guitar. Lederer's lyrics tend to be somewhat dark and introspective, falling outside of the realm of "standard" rock lyrics. The music is a product of a love for both roots rock and punk, from years of solo acoustic performances coupled with a love for the rawness of a full electric band. |
