Artist History
Jake, Cherry, and Rondell all played in a band
together in late 1998, called "The Elliot
Massacre". A blend of hardcore and metal, they
broke up in 1999 due to threats from Elliot. A
year later, they brought in Jeoffy Jaffer, a former
breakdancer, to handle the k-board/trumpet duties
for their new project. Jeoffy knew Ronny Paddles,
a British musician, when the two met while Jimmy
was on a world tour of with his breakdancing crew,
and he saw Paddles playing in a rock n' roll band
in a pub in downtown London. Jaffer asked the band
after their set if they would hang out and play
8-bit Nintendo, but only Paddles agreed. When
Jaffer knew the new band needed a bass player, he
sent a telegram to Paddles back home who was
living in London. Paddles, along with bodyguard
Vic Karnauch, used a speedboat to make it to the
United States, while managing to fight off karate
ninjas and tai kwon do bandits. |
