Artist description
As a blend of today and yesterday's sound of Hard Rock, TWOTONRHINO energizes and delivers. With comparisons from STP, GodSmack and U2 to Pink Floyd and Led Zeplin, the band has established itself as New York's premiere Hard Rock band.
TWOTONRHINO has been praised as an energetic, hard hitting melody-oriented band by many professionals within the music industry. The group seems to find new fans everywhere it performs throughout New York City as it captivates each and every audience they perform for. Their style of groove oriented beats, fluid bass sounds, unique guitar riffs and deep aggressive vocals is truly one of a kind and makes them stand out from the rest of their peers from within the genre of Hard Rock. Their eclectic catalog of songs bounce back and forth from hard and intense to upbeat and vigorous - complete with perfectly arranged guitar effects and intimate lyrics.
RANDOM THOUGHT, the bands' debut full length CD, is due for release in late fall on the bands' label, Modern Rush Entertainment - with a single off the CD to be released in early November. TWOTONRHINO is currently performing at various venues throughout NYC with intentions to escalate its tour schedule in support of RANDOM THOUGHT in early 2002.
It wasn't supposed to happen but it did. Three individuals from different musical influences (Modern Rock, Metal & Punk) have combined to create the highly enjoyable, unifying, radio friendly music of TWOTONRHINO.h |

Artist History
Established April 15, 1994, TTR began rehearsing as a four-piece band that included Jay Cascio (vocals), Moshe Yosef (guitars, backing vocals), Alon Fischer (bass) and Jake Caccamo (drums). Jake left the band in 1995 to pursue success in the realm of Heavy Metal, leaving the band to work with a rotation of drummers. In January 2001, Richard Hutchins (formerly of "Ruin" & "Live Skull") became a permanent member after jamming with TTR during a couple of rehearsal sessions. Due to personal conflicts, Alon left the band in 1997, with Jay taking over as bass player for the band in addition to his lead vocal position. Mo left to pursue other interests in Feb 2002 |
