Artist History DYVR was formed in the winter of 1998 as the band Jumper, The songwriting partnership of Jesse Redniss and Frans Vermeulen was started several years ago and has recently been augmented by the many powers of Dave Fields as producer. DYVR has had a few changes to the line up in 2003 but now they're are excited to be teamed up with Jim "Captain" Kirk on the kit and Dave Fields of Fields Music Production, on guitar and backing vocals. The band has been playing downtown NYC at The Elbow Room, The Bitter End, and even a show or two at Irving Plaza. The latter half of 2003 will bring them to Boston and Philly. While DYVR's lineup properly in place and the addition of Dave Fields' production talent, some great new tunes are being written while old favorites like Breathe and Gordo are moving in sweet new directions.
