Artist History
ORANGE PARK was formed in the year 2001 in NYC. Brothers Jeff and Justin Moore (Lead Vocals, Guitar), cousin Jaye Moore (Drums) and long time friend Chris 'Harv' Harvey (Bass) started the band in their basement in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. ORANGE PARK has an undeniably catchy sound reminiscent of bands like the Foo Fighters, Oasis, Cheap Trick and the Beatles. In 2002 they met producer Pete Min who has worked with bands such as Longwave and Sea Ray. Orange Park soon recorded their self released EP "the extended play" which is currently being played on indie and college radio stations all over the world. The EP was just added to SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO, the SPIN MAGAZINE syndicated college radio show and on the CORNERSTONE PLAYER compilation. The song "Make Up Your Mind" was a featured track on an episode of MTV'S REAL WORLD/ROAD RULES CHALLENGE, and MCGATHY PROMOTIONS has included "Make Up Your Mind" and "Glass" on their newest radio compilation CD. The band's strongest asset is their ability to write great songs with memorable choruses and hooks. Orange Park continue to tour and record constantly.

"Enthusiastically dreamy vocal-and-guitar harmony power-pop"
-The Village Voice
"The band doesn't go in for gimmicky costumes or special effects. The pyrotechnics are all in the music."
-The New York Times
"Harmony cooked power pop to nourish your head"
-CMJ
"Pumping guitar driven pop with sparkling vocals and hooks tripping over each other on this immediately gripping debut. These are smashing rock-solid songs with deft and irrepressible charm. Two big thumbs up right to the sky!"
-notlame.com
"Orange Park's music is timeless rock and roll. It calls to mind classic acts Badfinger, The Records, and Cheap Trick, and modern rockers such as the melodic side of the Foo Fighters, the first Velvet Crush album, and Oasis. Edgy slices of melody sugared with sweet sibling harmonies and honest lyrics about despair and hope smack you in the face like a brand new day. The music bubbles with an optimism that wants to shake you from your hangover of bad pop music that you've been subjected to for far too long now."

"-there's something dark, maybe dangerous, beating beneath that seemingly innocent veneer should you dare to look. Orange Park may be as tight as a 60's sit-com family, but something is definitely brewing in Pleasantville."
-Neon Magazine
"Orange Park are a delightful quartet hailing from nyc, with pop punk sensibilities and catchy choruses... their set kicked ass, and i'm going back for a second helping..." -Hardglitter.com
