Artist History sermon was founded in 1997 with every intention to wreak havoc and mayhem all over and throughout the musical landscape. reminiscent of bands as diverse as coalesce, kiss it goodbye, pig destroyer or botch, the band pursued a mixture of grind and hardcore, with a little bit of sludge thrown in for good measure, joyfully alienating audiences everywhere. after a last show in early 1999, sermon was forced to call it quits, only to find an even more feral incarnation in the experiment in sonic devastation known as the.kineticcrashcooperation.
