Artist History
The Hokie Brothers began in 1998, spawning out of Eric L. Becker's fertile mind. Mark Adams then appeared with a maraca in hand to add to the silliness. Scott Carri and Edmond Devore came around the summer of 2000, and the Hokie Brothers became a living room band, playing intimately with themselves in peoples' houses, without the people kicking us out! In January of 2001, the band got some better equipment, including a drum set, and became what America would call a "real" band, rehearsing weekly and playing live gigs wherever they could. In November of 2002, Eric L. Becker stepped down from his position as principal songwriter and frontman, and will most likely actively pursue his own musical endevors by March or April of 2003. In the meantime, he still jams with the Hokies, and the Hokies rehearse with their guitar and bass playing friends to see if anyone can be silly enough to join. |

Press Reviews
"I know you are not serious. I will not give this a good review because there are those of us who work very hard to get our music heard and to get signed and your song took up My time The time I could have spent reviewing a song worth reviewing."
