Artist History
The band was founded by guitarists Pekka Palmu and Antti Wirman (also known from Warmen). They had been playing and writing songs together for years, when they decided to form a new, powerful metal group, which first operated and became known as "Wisard", but changed its name later to "Craydawn". Craydawn has already played at legendary rock clubs in Finland such as Tavastia-klubi (Helsinki) and Tulliklubi (Tampere). Craydawn also played at Nummirock 2001, one of the biggest summer festivals in Finland and the annual gathering of all the greatest metal bands. Craydawn recorded their latest promotion CD at the notorius Astia studio (engineered and produced by Anssi Kippo) in the summer of 2001. |
