Artist History
Bergerac formed in 1998 from the remnants of Adelaide indie favourites 'The Miltons'. Their music is a combination of moody post-rock instrumentals and eclectic breakbeats (depending on their frame of mind). Bergerac released their debut album 'When the weather's fine I go by foot' in 1999, and since then have put their heads down working on their second album. The fruit of this labour is in their new album 'Voice of Translator'; nine tracks that will have you sctratching your head for comparison. Think Blonde Redhead (for the attack), with samples from Tricky's first incarnation (for the delivery), and you're on the right path.
As they enjoy being so busy, they've decided to start work on their third album. But you can catch them inbetween with some shows around Australia.
But for now, have a look at some reviews here and listen to some audi |
